I realized recently that I have yet to post anything on here in 2015, so I decided to post something. However, being that I am lazy should've killed myself years ago am a miserable failure couldn't really think of anything I resorted to the good ol' list post. Websites the world over have struck it rich by relying on a good list post (Cracked, Buzzfeed, Milluh, Cuhrs). So even though I'm destined to have my adsense account sit at $26 for the rest of eternity, here's some of the things I've "dugged" (**Note, usage of the word "dig" to mean approval is not one of them) lately.
- Best Coast's new single "California Nights"- Really fucking liking this song and I can't wait to hear the rest of the album. It comes out Cinco de Mayo on one of the Columbia sublabels. Tasting notes: Smithey jangly guitars under Bethany's dreamy-ish vocals. AMAZING!
- The Rams possible move back to Los Angeles (via Inglewood)
Being a native Angeleno born in the late 80's I never had the chance to develop a real connection with the NFL. Thanks to that mental case Al Davis and that whore Georgia Frontiere, by the time I was conscious enough to make decisions and develop bonds both teams had split. But what about the Raiders or the Chargers, you might ask? Yuck. Aren't you a 49ers fan? Yes, but I'm perfectly fine with jumping ship if a team moves here. I value proximity over all the romantic shit associated with sports fandom. Plus as a Dodgers fan I've always felt a little dirty rooting for a San Francisco team.

I'm not really a tequila drinker, but I found this one while perusing the aisles of the fantastic Ramirez Beverage Center (aka the BEST liquor store in Los Angeles) in Boyle Heights and bought it. It is FUCKING delicious straight, on the rocks, in margaritas, sunshined, whatever! It is one of the best Blancos I've ever tried (caveat: I haven't tried that many). - Tipsy Bartender
I didn't think I was going to like this Youtube channel, mostly because I tend to be an elitist douchebag, but Skyy John (host) is fucking hilarious. Yeah, he's no Charlotte Voisey (/<3) when it comes to mixology, but he's got a great personality that's contagious. I don't even watch for the drinks, I just watch to lift my spirits. - Poliça - Female singer? Check. Chillish? Sometimes, er Check. Is it weird that the lead singer reminds me of my 7th grade math teacher and yet I find her attractive? Probably.
